For this month I chose the word "Peace" because of the scripture from Isaiah foretelling the coming "Prince of Peace". When I looked for other scriptures which included this word there were many but I felt Romans 5:1 was the one I wanted to share. From the NIV bible - "Therefore since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
It is only because Jesus came into this world and died on the cross for us that we can have peace with God. Until our faith leads us to believe in the virgin birth of Jesus which is commemorated at this time of year and also believe in His sinless life, His death on the cross and His raising from the dead; we will never have true peace.
My prayer for all who visit my blog is that you will search for true peace in knowing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour.
