We Believe Blog Train - December 2021 - Glory to the Newborn King

 This month Lori Imel ( one of our designers) chose the theme and colors which I hope you all enjoy. I really enjoyed working with these colours.

For many years I have been involved in this Blog Train and it is with a heavy heart that on behalf of the other designers I need to share that we will not be operating this train next year. Please keep an eye of the blogs of some of the designers ( myself included) as we will still give away free kits on our blogs.

Cut Out Backgrounds

 On the Ginger Scraps forum someone was asking about cut out backgrounds so I decided to design a set to give away on my blog.

I hope you all enjoy them and please if you use them let me know in the comments with a link to your gallery.

Below the preview and link to download I will share a page I created with one of the floral backgrounds. On the page I clipped a plain paper to the white cut out and then added a small shadow.

November 2021 We Believe Blog Train - A Harvest for All

 Welcome to my part of the November We Believe Blog Train. The year is just flying by. Thank you to all those who leave comments which is much appreciated.

This month the theme is   A Harvest for All ( Deuteronomy 24:19-22)  but in my kit I have used a different scripture verse which I thought was more appropriate - Matthew 9:37.

 Here is a template for you to use for your photos from last month or maybe an August many years ago. It is also very easy to just remove the letters for August for any other photos you want to scrap.

We Believe Blog Train - August 2021 - The Old Rugged Cross

 This month it was my turn to choose the theme and colours. This would have been the month of my mother's birthday is she were still alive. She always wanted the hymn "The Old Rugged Cross" played at her funeral which we did but sadly I found out through my oldest cousin who was only 10 years younger than my mother, that it was not the words in the song my mother liked it was the fact that her mother ( our grandmother) had a painting of the old rugged cross hanging in her room.  But I still wanted to honour my mother with the theme this month and hope you all enjoy what us Christian designers have created for you.

June Template

 Sorry I am late sharing my template I created for all those photos taken last month or another June some other year.  You can always remove the lettering for June if you prefer.

I chose to have a rose as it is the flower for June and the Birthstone for June is a Pearl which I also included in the template.

We Believe Blog Train - June 2021 - He Set Me Free

 This month's theme is He Set Me Free based on the scripture - John 8:36

How wonderful to know we are set free but only because of what Jesus did on our behalf in dying on the cross and rising to life.  The freedom we have is not the same as the freedom we see in the World around us. It is much better!
